My name is Leah and I work in the Kenya office, working with the UK staff to organise our trips.
My role is very different because some days I am organising transport and logistics and then other days I am visiting projects to see how they are doing. I joined African Adventures in 2013 and previously worked in a travel agency, so I have experience of tours. Working here though means I am learning every day about the projects.
When groups come to Kenya, I am also a Trip Host, meaning I am responsible for making sure everybody has a good trip.
I really enjoy working for African Adventures because I can see we are making a difference in the community here in Nakuru.
