As A School

Partner with us and open your students' eyes to life in Africa!

When you partner with us, its a mutually beneficial relationship. Were passionate about increasing your students’ understanding of life in Africa because we believe that educating children about the challenges faced by developing countries helps create globally aware, conscientious citizens.

If your students are studying Africa as part of their syllabus, this could be the perfect opportunity to boost their learning. A relationship with us will also show parents and other schools that you are committed to making a difference to those we support in Africa.

Case Study: Wellstead Primary School

“Our pupils absolutely loved learning about children in Kenya, and are so excited to be writing to them!” – Mrs Kirby, Wellstead Primary School

Wellstead Primary School is one of the UK schools partnered with African Adventures Foundation. The children at Wellstead have loved learning about our partner schools, the children who attend them, and what life is like for the young people we support in Kenya.

Pupils at Wellstead have been busy writing letters to their counterparts in Kenya, which is a fantastic opportunity for cultural exchange and a chance to learn about the similarities and differences between their lives in the UK and the lives of the children we support in Kenya.

For their first fundraising event – ‘Give Hunger the Boot’ – pupils at Wellstead will wear wellie boots to school and donate £1 to the Foundation, which will make a huge difference to our partner schools. Thank you!

Our Head of Fundraising, Rachel, teaches pupils at Wellstead Primary School about life for the children who attend our partner schools in Kenya
