Organising a trip can be a lengthy process. That’s why we’re here to provide a personalised service, and make the process as streamlined as possible. When you book with us, you’ll be looked after by one of our friendly Trip Co-ordinators, who will support you from the moment you decide to travel, right up until your safe return to the UK.

Your Trip Co-ordinator will take care of all your trip admin – including your flights, accommodation, and volunteering work – organise pre-departure presentations with your group, and work with you to meet your specific requirements, so that you and your group get the most you possibly can out of your volunteering experience in Africa.

When it comes to volunteering, travelling, and working in Africa, our Trip Co-ordinators are highly experienced. They are therefore well placed to support you as a group leader, and help you to choose the best destination for your group. In the run-up to your departure, we work closely with our in-country teams to identify project work that will benefit both our partner projects and your group. Throughout the entire process, we are always on hand to answer any questions you might have.

We want our trips to be accessible to everyone, and therefore encourage volunteers to actively get involved with fundraising. We provide a detailed fundraising guide, and regularly update our social media channels and newsletters with ideas and inspiration.
