African Adventures’ Team Building & Corporate Volunteering trips offer forward-thinking companies the perfect opportunity to take their employees on the experience of a lifetime and leave a legacy at one of our partner projects in Africa.
Our flexible programmes can be used to improve staff cohesion, development, and retention, or integrated into your long-term CSR strategy and charitable aims.
We pride ourselves on creating experiences that are built around the objectives of your visit, whilst ensuring it helps our partner projects in Africa by organising meaningful work that outlasts the length of your trip.
We understand that each trip is unique, which is why one of our expert Trip Co-ordinators will organise the entire trip for you from start to finish in the UK, before handing over to our friendly in-country team on your arrival in Africa.
We take care of all your travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, insurance and project work, so that you can focus on making the most of your experience in Africa with your team.

Five Reasons Why Companies Choose Us
We’ve been organising life-changing volunteer trips since 2009, and have sent thousands of volunteers to support our partner projects in Ghana, Kenya and Zanzibar.
Groups that travel with us are in safe hands. We’re ATOL protected, a member of ABTA and provide 24-hour support whilst you’re in-country, with specialist support in the unlikely event you need it.
Our partner projects are at the heart of what we do, and the project work that your team will carry out is the most important part of the trip. We gain a real understanding of what you want to achieve from your trip and match those objectives with the needs of one of our in-country projects.
Organisations that are searching for a long-term sustainable partnership can continue their support when they return, or in between trips, by donating to our registered charity, African Adventures Foundation. 100% of all donations are given to our partner projects.
In an age where more and more staff are working remotely, it’s never been more important to take the time to develop your team. Offering them extra incentives and opportunities that bring them together can boost productivity as well as morale.
Through integrating African Adventures’ Team Building & Corporate Volunteering trips into your CSR, employees will see your commitment to helping others and the true values you represent.
Taking a team of staff on a trip to Africa might seem complicated but our team of experts take care of all the travel arrangements and make the lead-up to your trip easy.
Once your trip has been booked, you’ll gain immediate access to My African Adventure, our online platform. You’ll be able to learn everything you need to know about your chosen destination, including your partner project.

No; African Adventures is a social enterprise. Our volunteers carry out fundraising to cover their trip costs – this is an important part of the African Adventures experience. The money that volunteers raise funds all aspects of their trip, such as flights, accommodation and adventure activities. As this money is not raised for a charity, volunteers should use crowdfunding webpages (e.g. FundMyTravel), rather than charity pages such as Just Giving or Virgin Money Giving.
We do, however, also have a charity arm called African Adventures Foundation, and some volunteers choose to fundraise for our charity on their return from Africa. Because African Adventures Ltd. covers any associated costs, African Adventures Foundation is able to ensure that 100% of the money donated is sent to where it is needed most, meaning that real impact can be made.
